1. 服务主体与范围
JournalCollage 由[开发者／经营主体名称待填写]提供，经营所在地为[经营所在地待填写]，联系方式为[联系邮箱待填写]。通过 App Store 分发的 iOS 应用采用 Apple 标准 EULA。本条款补充自有素材成品使用授权、订阅说明及服务规则，不作为替代标准 EULA 的自定义软件许可。应用软件许可依标准 EULA 执行，第三方组件依各自许可执行；依法不可排除的消费者权利不受影响。
2. 用户内容
你保留对自行提供的照片、文字及其他内容原本享有的权利，并负责取得使用及商业发布所需的授权。我们不主张拥有你的原创贡献。作品中的第三方内容仍受原权利约束；应用使用不保证最终组合的独占权或商标注册资格。
3. 自有素材授权
在合法获得相关素材使用权限的前提下，你可以在 JournalCollage 中使用我们的自有素材创作并导出成品，用于个人或商业用途，包括社交媒体、广告、客户项目及销售实体成品，自有素材无需另行支付素材授权费或署名；第三方字体的署名要求另行适用。
底层素材权利仍归相应权利人。未经另行许可，不得将原始素材或简单修改版本作为独立素材、素材包、素材库、可提取素材的模板或其他产品资源出售、共享或转授权。成品使用许可不包含源素材再分发许可。
Premium 到期不影响继续使用在有效授权期间合法导出的成品；后续应用内编辑／导出可能受当前权益限制。授权为非独占，不保证商标注册或其他独占权利。
4. 第三方字体与软件
第三方字体及软件遵循各自许可。导出图片中的文字图形可在相应字体授权允许范围内用于个人及商业用途。字体软件的提取、复制、修改、嵌入或再分发依原许可执行；本条款不限制原许可独立授予的权利。许可与致谢页面列明适用声明。
Little Kids Handwriting 商业使用须署名：使用该字体制作商业作品时，应在成品、细则或描述等位置附上作者指定英文声明："The font used is Little Kids Handwriting. All rights are reserved by Cloudy's Fonts. Avalaible at dafont.com"。应用内许可与致谢不替代用户成品的署名义务。
5. Premium 与订阅
Premium 提供购买说明中列明的功能。价格、计费周期、试用资格及续费信息在购买前由 App Store 展示。自动续订依适用商店规则执行，取消请通过 Apple 订阅设置操作。卸载应用不会取消订阅。退款遵循 Apple 适用流程和依法享有的消费者权利，不作超出该范围的退款承诺或排除。
恢复购买核对符合条件的商店记录，不恢复本地作品。恢复权益及额度延续以核验后的交易和服务记录为准。基本创作不要求用户创建可见产品账号。
6. 图像功能
当前版本以本地图像编辑为范围；开发者说明目前不启用自营服务端处理。Apple PCC／Image Playground 及相关 AIGC 服务处理属于后续能力，不作为当前服务承诺。启用前将按实际处理方式、服务商、可用范围及额度更新条款和隐私告知。JournalCollage 订阅不能保证 Apple 控制的系统容量。
7. 本地存储
1.0 的可编辑作品本机保存，不提供作品云备份或跨设备同步。请另行保存重要成品；PNG/JPEG 导出不保留可编辑图层。卸载、设备遗失或损坏可能导致本地数据丢失。清理下载缓存与删除作品分别处理。
8. 合理使用与变更
不得利用应用侵犯他人权利、从事违法活动、破坏服务安全、绕过购买或额度控制，或违反许可再分发素材。限制或终止服务须合理且遵循适用法律和消费者权利。
功能与条款可能更新。影响付费用户的重大变化应提供适当通知及法律要求的救济；本条款不授权忽视消费者保护而撤销付费权利。
9. 责任与争议
我们不保证服务永不中断、所有系统能力始终可用或支持所有设备。保证或责任限制仅在法律允许范围内适用，不排除依法不可豁免的权利和责任。标准 EULA 范围内的软件许可保证与责任事项依其规定处理。本补充条款的争议依适用法律及不可排除的消费者保护处理，此处不另设强制仲裁或专属争议解决地。
年龄政策：面向 13 岁及以上用户；未满 18 岁应取得父母或法定监护人同意。本产品为一般受众创作工具，不定位为面向未满 13 岁儿童的服务。通知与投诉请联系[联系邮箱待填写]。

1. Provider and scope
JournalCollage is provided by [DEVELOPER / LEGAL ENTITY], located in [BUSINESS LOCATION]. Contact: [CONTACT EMAIL]. For the iOS app distributed through the App Store, we adopt Apple’s Standard EULA. These terms supplement it with our finished-work material permissions, subscription information and service rules; they do not replace it with a custom EULA. The Standard EULA governs the app software license. Applicable third-party licenses govern their respective components, and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
2. Your content
You retain rights you hold in the photos, text and other content you supply. You are responsible for obtaining rights and permissions needed for your use, including commercial publication. We do not claim ownership of your original contributions. Third-party materials included in a creation remain subject to their own rights; use of the app does not guarantee exclusive ownership or trademark eligibility for the final composition.
3. Our materials
When you lawfully access our own materials, you may use them within JournalCollage to create exported finished works for personal or commercial purposes, including social media, advertising, client work and physical products for sale. No additional material license fee or attribution is required for our own materials under this license. Third-party font attribution requirements remain applicable.
Rights in the underlying materials remain with their respective rights holders. Without separate permission, you may not sell, share or sublicense the original materials or simple modifications as standalone assets, asset packs, libraries, extractable templates or resources for other products. Finished-work permission does not authorize redistribution of source assets.
Expiry of Premium does not revoke permission to continue using finished works lawfully exported while you had access. Subsequent app editing/export may depend on current entitlements. This license is non-exclusive and does not guarantee trademark registration or other exclusive rights.
4. Third-party fonts and software
Third-party fonts and software remain governed by their applicable licenses. Text rendered in exported images may be used for personal and commercial purposes to the extent the font's applicable license permits. Extraction, copying, modification, embedding or redistribution of font software follows the original license; these terms do not restrict rights that license independently grants. The acknowledgements page identifies applicable notices.
Little Kids Handwriting is an exception requiring attribution for commercial use. If you use it in a commercial work, include the following author-specified text somewhere on that work or its fine print/description: "The font used is Little Kids Handwriting. All rights are reserved by Cloudy's Fonts. Avalaible at dafont.com". In-app acknowledgements do not replace this requirement for your work.
5. Premium and subscriptions
Premium grants access to the features identified in the applicable offer. Prices, billing period, trial eligibility and renewal details are shown by the App Store before purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew under the applicable store terms unless canceled through Apple subscription settings. Removing the app does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests follow Apple's applicable process and mandatory consumer rights; we do not promise or exclude refunds outside that framework.
Restore Purchases checks eligible store purchases; it does not restore device-local creations. Restored access and quota continuity depend on verified purchase and service records. We do not require a user-visible product account merely to use basic creation features.
6. Image features
Current-release scope: local image editing; the developer states that developer-operated server processing is not currently enabled. Apple PCC / Image Playground integration and related AIGC service processing are future capabilities, not current service promises. Before enabling them, we will describe actual processing, providers, availability and any quotas in the applicable terms and privacy notice. Apple-controlled capacity cannot be guaranteed by a JournalCollage subscription.
7. Local storage
Version 1.0 stores editable creations locally and does not provide project cloud backup or cross-device synchronization. Keep important finished exports separately. PNG/JPEG exports do not preserve editable layers. App deletion, device loss or damage may cause local data loss. Download-cache clearing is separate from creation deletion.
8. Acceptable use and changes
Do not use the app to infringe rights, engage in unlawful activity, compromise service security, bypass purchase/usage controls or redistribute assets contrary to their applicable licenses. Any service restriction or termination should be proportionate and subject to applicable law and consumer rights.
Features and these terms may change. Material changes affecting paid users must be handled with appropriate notice and any remedies required by applicable law; these terms do not authorize removal of paid rights without regard to consumer protections.
9. Liability and disputes
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, availability of every system feature or compatibility with every device. Any limits on warranties or liability apply only where permitted by law and do not exclude non-waivable consumer rights or liabilities. The Standard EULA applies to software-license warranty and liability matters within its scope. For these supplemental terms, any dispute is subject to applicable law and non-waivable consumer protections; no additional arbitration requirement or exclusive forum is imposed here.
Eligibility: users aged 13 or older; users under 18 should use the app with permission from a parent or legal guardian. This is a general-audience creative app, not a service directed to children under 13. Contact for notices and complaints: [CONTACT EMAIL].
